In the hands-on section, in the scale driller, the sound have change, it have way to much sustain, it blur everything after one pass... Am I the only one who experience this??

It sounds ok for me.
maybe try changing the sustain of your primary guitar.
Im not sure if its affects the sound on Hands-on session but you can try.

Mine changed as well, it sounded like a synthesizer. I switched guitars and it went back to normal.

Guitars can get 'broken' (not kidding) for no particular reason at any moment... and then their sound is terrible. Then they need fixing, but that's quite affordable if I remember well...

It costs 12 coins to fix. This just seems to happen randomly, though it is less likely to happen the higher the durability rating of the guitar.
