SoundGym Ltd. ('Soundgym', 'GuitarGym', "company", 'we', 'our' or 'us'), provides access to the GuitarGym platform.
SoundGym ('Company' or 'we') respects the privacy of GuitarGym users ('User' or 'you') and is committed to protecting the User's information. We believe you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you visit the GuitarGym website and use the GuitarGym Application.
By accessing or using GuitarGym, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Privacy Policy, including the collection and processing of your Personal Information (as defined below). If you disagree with any term provided herein, you may not use GuitarGym.

Personal Information can be gathered from Facebook (if the User holds an active account on Facebook) or Twitter (if the User holds an active account on Twitter) and which the User specifically permits Facebook or Twitter to provide GuitarGym with, upon any access to or use of the GuitarGym Application. This information includes first name, last name, birthday, list of your Facebook friends, and more.

Although we do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our Users, we are not able to respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser at this time.

3.1 GuitarGym is a social platform. To encourage engagement and communication, most of the information you provide, your activity and your achievements on GuitarGym are public and can be seen by anyone: your name, your country, your profile picture, your ranking, your achievements, and your activity on GuitarGym (Including but not restricted to workout completion, personal records, days on the platform, completing a learning program, winning a contest). Your posts, comments, and probes are public. Anyone can see who you follow and who is following you. Other data, images, links or music that you upload, provide or post might be available publicly (That means that anyone can read, watch or listen to it).
3.2 You can choose to set your profile information privacy and choose who can see it here. Please note that certain information, such as your awards, posts, and other social remarks, and vGuitar transactions, will still be public or visible to GuitarGym members.
3.3 Users who follow you get notifications regarding your activity and achievements on GuitarGym.
3.4 In the event that we are involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your personal data may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction.
3.5 We share or disclose non-personal data, such as aggregated information like the total number of times people engaged with a post, the number of people who clicked on a particular link or voted on a poll on GuitarGym (even if only one did), the topics that people are posting about in a particular location, or reports to advertisers about how many people saw or clicked on their ads.

4.2 Please remember that if you delete your account, data associated with your account will be deleted and not recoverable. Posts that you wrote can not be deleted, but it will not be referred to you anymore.
4.3 Our deletion policy upholds a user's right always to remove their own account data while protecting against account fraud and data deletion without an account owner's consent.
4.4 We don't have control over the deleted account link showing up in Google's search results. If you have deleted your account, Google should catch up and recognize this soon. However, as they cache search results for faster loading times, they may keep your information in their search results if enough people have clicked on it in the past. To fully remove your profile/information, you must contact Google directly by filling in this public removal form.
