The main reason for burning a vGuitar is the need for an empty slot for a new vGuitar, without the will, patience or the ability to sell one of the vGuitars in the collection.
You can burn a vGuitar by entering your vGuitar collection on the top of your profile page, clicking on a vGuitar that is not your Primary vGuitar and pressing 'burn'
